Onboard Credits are issued through Kingdom Konsultant™, LLC and not Disney Cruise Line®. Credits issued are based on the base amount of the price before tax, transfers, pre-paid gratuities, etc are added to the pricing of the cruise. Credits are good for single, double, triple and quad occupancy. If cruise is cancelled so are the onboard credits. No portion of the onboard credit will be issued via cash, check or a refund.
